In addition to quarterly email/phone support, we also offer hourly on-site support as needed. This type of support is often required
if there are hardware or other problems that cannot be resolved via phone or email. On-site support is provided for the San Antonio and surrounding areas of South Central Texas and the Hill Country.

. We bill a minimum of one hour for all on-site support plus a premises (trip) charge. Any parts/supplies needed will be billed in addition to the hourly rate. Unlike our standard support which is pre-paid, on-site support will be invoiced after
the support has been provided.
