What type of support do your offer?
We offer two levels of support to best suit your needs. Our support is available on a per hour basis as well as a quarterly contract basis.  We are available to help you via phone, email, or if you're in the San Antonio area, on-site as well.

Are there any long term commitments?
Never! Our standard support package is on a quarterly basis for as long as you need our help.

What if I need more help than the standard support package provides?
If you need help beyond the standard remote support package, we offer hourly, on-site support.

Can you remote into my system if I need you to?
Sure!  There are two prerequisites: each PC we connect to must have the Remote Administrator software installed. Also, in some cases, we may need to go to your site and set your router/firewall to allow us to remote into your system. Please contact us for details.

How much will it cost for you to remote into my system to provide assistance?
If you have the Remote Administrator software installed on the computer you're having a problem with, we will not charge extra to resolve your problem by remoting into it. If you have a quarterly support contract, then remote support is provided at no extra charge. If you want support by the hour, then using Remote Administrator will actually save you money because there is no premises (trip) charge!

How do I purchase additional support?
We will invoice you for on-site support after service is provided.
